· No-Questions-Asked Return
You can return items if they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories. Return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your item with proof of package integrity (photos or videos). Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

· Exchange for Damaged or Defective Item
If your product was damaged during shipping or has functional defects, we’re happy to offer you an exchange. Please report any damaged or defective items within 30 business days of delivery with proof (photos or videos). Exchange shipment costs will be covered by us.

· Reshipment of Missing Parts
If you receive an item missing parts or accessories, we will gladly reship the missing components. Please make a reshipment request within 7 business days of receiving the item with proof of package integrity (photos or videos). Reshipment costs will be covered by us.

· Undelivered Package
If your item hasn’t arrived one week past the expected delivery date, please submit a request with any supporting evidence. We will work with the shipping company to find out what happened.

· Proper Handling Requirement
Please note that items damaged due to improper handling, user modification, or accidental damage cannot be exchanged or refunded.

· Force Majeure Event
In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters or logistical issues), some terms of our policy may change. We will work with you to find a fair solution.

1. Submit a Request
To start your return, exchange, or refund request, please reach out to us at [email protected] within the specified timeframe, and include any necessary proof (order number, photos, or videos).
Note: Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects within 6 months of receipt.

2. Review and Approval
We will review your case and reply to your request within 72 hours.

3. Resolution
If your request is approved, we will provide you with clear instructions on how to proceed. Your refund or reshipment will be processed and sent within 72 hours of approval.
