Return & refund

At PMOkeys, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase. Due to international logistics complexities, we only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items (no "change of mind" returns).


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:
Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all tags/materials
Proof: Valid order number or receipt
Timing: Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Non-returnable:

  • Customized products (e.g., special keycap sets)

  • Opened/assembled keyboards (unless defective)

  • Sale items or gift cards


How to Return

For eligible returns (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will provide a prepaid return label and cover the shipping costs.

  1. Contact Us: Email support@pmokeys.com with:

    • Order number

    • Photos/video of the issue

  2. Approval: We’ll respond within 48 hours with a return label (if eligible)

  3. Ship Back: Use the provided label – unauthorized returns will be refused

     International Note: Return shipping to China may take 3+ weeks.The refund process will begin after the package is delivered to our warehouse in China and the return is approved (approximately 3-5 business days).


Refund Process

  • Approval Timeline: 3-5 business days after receiving your return

  • Refund Method: Original payment (processed within 10 business days)

  • Bank Delays: Some institutions take 15+ days to post refunds


EU Special Policy

14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
EU customers may cancel orders within 14-Day of delivery for any reason. Items must be unopened.


Key Exceptions

  • Defective Items: We cover return shipping + may send replacements immediately

  • Wrong Items Shipped: Free return label + priority reshipment
